1. General information

The protection of personal data is very important to us. Therefore, we make every effort to provide a sense of security to every user browsing and using our websites. Our employees are obliged to comply with the principles of protection of personal data that’s being processed. 

This privacy policy applies to all types of private information and personal data collected via websites and informs how, to what extent and for what purpose we collect, process and use personal data and what are the rights of the persons concerned. 

The concept of personal data is defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to it, personal data is all information that relates to identified or identifiable persons. These are, for example, fist and last names, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

2. Downloading, processing and use of personal data.

Aniołowie Konsultingu Sp. z o.o. collects, processes and uses personal data only to the extent permitted by GDPR regulations or other applicable legal provisions, or subject to the consent of the data subject.

According to art.13 of General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27th April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), I inform that the purpose of personal data processing is present and future recruitment.

  • Pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit.a, General Regulation of the Protection of Personal Data of 27th April 2016 and the Labor Code of June 26, 1974, and
  • Pursuant to art. 6, par.1, lit.c, as consent to the publication of the image,
  • Pursuant to art.6, par.1, lit.c, as consent to transfer the data to other entities
  • Pursuant to art.6, para.1, lit.b, as consent to the contract.

Recipients of personal data will be an external accounting office and entities cooperating with the Administrator and participating in the process of order execution. 

Personal data will be processes in an automated way, including in the form of profiling and sending by email. Only selected candidates will be contacted in result of the profiling. 

You can use our website without providing personal information. The collection of personal data (such as your name, telephone number of e-mail address) on our websites is always done on a voluntary basis.  

3. Cookie files

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file went when browsing a given website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. If the user again calls the appropriate server of our site, the user’s web browser sends back the previously received cookie file to the server. Information obtained from this process can be analyzed in various ways. Cookies enable, for example, adjusting the displayed ads or facilitating navigation on the website. The user of the website may disable cookies by changing the settings of his browser, i.e. in the program used for opening and displaying websites (eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox of Safari). 

4. Contact form

Visitors to our website have the option of filling out a contact form containing personal data such as name, e-mail address and telephone number. Sending a completed form to us is voluntary and constitutes consent to the processing of personal data contained in it, in order to establish cooperation. At the same time, confirmation of reading the privacy policy constitutes consent to the processing of personal data for purpose of current and future recruitment (depending on the nature and purpose of the message contained in the contact form). 

5. Providing data to third parties

Personal data are transferred to third parties only after prior agreement and consent to participate in recruitment. 

6. Data storage

We store personal data only as long as it is required by law or for the time necessary to carry out the user’s request. After these dates, the data will be blocked or deleted. 

7. Information, correction and objection.

Each user has the right to information about the personal data we collect and to correct or delete it. In addition, at any time, the user may withdraw consent to the processing of data in the future or request the transfer of data to another service provider. The user also has the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. 

8. Advertising

We expressly prohibit the use of contact details published as part of the mandatory posting of the imprint by third parties for purpose of sending advertisements and information materials which we have not explicitly requested. 

The parties’ operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in case of sending unsolicited advertising information, e.g. spam. 

9. Using Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics, a service for analyzing statistics of websites offered by Google Inc. (Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The Goggle Analytics service uses text files, so-called cookies that are saved on the user’s computer and allow analysis of its movements on the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding movements on the website (along with the IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there.

If IP anonymization is activated on this site, the IP address of the user’s device is previously shortened by Google in the Member States of the European Union or in other countries that are parties of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. At the request of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyze user movements on this website to compile reports on website activity and provide the website operator with other services related to the use of the website and the internet. 

 

The user can block the saving of cookies by applying the appropriate browser software settings. However, we would like to point out, that in such case a full use of all functions of this website may not be possible. In addition, you may prevent Google from receiving cookie-related data about the use of the website (including the user’s IP address) and Google’s processing of such data by downloading and installing the Plug-in available at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl

10. Plug-in Facebook

Our website includes a plug-in for the social networking site Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Mento Park, California, 94025 USA), marked with the Facebook logo. The plug-in enables direct connection with our profile on the Facebook server. Facebook can then obtain information about the IP address of the user using this connection. If the user visits our website being logged in to their Facebook profile, Facebook will register information about the visit. 

We want to emphasize that Facebook does not provide us with information about the scope of data collected, the purpose of processing as well as the method of their use.

11. Changing our privacy policy

Aniołowie Konsultingu Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to modify the privacy policy in order to adapt it to the current legal requirements. The current version of the privacy policy is always available on our website.
